Protective Security Specialist (PSS)
Honolulu, HI  - Full Time, Part Time, Contractor

Precision Group is currently seeking a highly skilled individual to join our strategic security operations team. The ideal candidate for this position in addition to extensive experience is one with exceptional character, selfless moral compass, integrity and the eagerness to provide an innovative approach to day-to-day operations as well as an adaptive vision for prolonged career goals within the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing protective services to selective clients, business and related assets in various environments. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: -Performance of protective security solutions through daily operations. -Conduct threat assessments and risk analysis to identify and implement security measures to mitigate potential risks to client and related assets to include emergency quick reaction force (QRF) protocols. -Maintain a consistent line of communication with clients and detail members via accurate report writing and dispatch protocols. -Accompany and provide guidance to clients through various locations while providing continuous protection at all times. -Possess the ability to operate in a covert and/or overt capacity as required. -Provide secure transportation measures for clients when applicable. -Develop and implement emergency response plans as directed by standard operating procedures. -Conduct surveillance and intelligence operations. -Maintain a peak mental and physical readiness. -Possess a keen attention to detail, professionalism, sharp appearance, punctual mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to gain and maintain all state/federal licensing and qualifications. Qualifications: -Must be a United States Citizen -Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license -Pass a successful background check as a condition of employment -Pass a drug test as a condition of employment -Willing to attend and pass testing and training courses as a condition of employment -Must have a valid unexpired GDE State of Hawaii license or be willing to obtain before employment -A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security operations, law enforcement, or military -Willing to pass a physical fitness test with a 70% success rate as a condition of employment (tested annually) -Currently in possession of or ability to obtain a valid firearm duty-carry license as applicable Precision Group offers a competitive salary, benefits and a challenging and dynamic work environment. Scheduling Coordinator (EOC)

Job Description: Precision Group is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our administrative team to include our Emergency Operations Center (EOC). The ideal candidate for this position in addition to extensive experience is one with exceptional character, selfless moral compass, integrity and the eagerness to provide an innovative approach to day-to-day operations as well as an adaptive vision for prolonged career goals within the company. As the Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our EOC by coordinating and managing schedules for essential personnel and resources during emergency situations. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, capable of working in high-pressure environments and collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless field operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: -Schedule Management: Develop and maintain the master schedule for all client accounts including field personnel and support staff to ensure accurate proper coverage. -Collaborative Coordination: Liaise with finance and payroll departments, client accounts, and external partners by establishing effective communication channels and synchronizing schedules for accurate invoicing and payment. -Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of personnel assignments, work closely with field members to ensure management of hours, ample coverage, shift rotations and resource utilization. Provide weekly reports to all field personnel, leadership and associated departments. -Emergency Response: Respond to immediate client resource needs, field response incidents and relay information to leadership. Adapt and adjust schedules based on evolving needs and changing circumstances. -Technology Utilization: Leverage scheduling and communication software to manage personnel and resource availability efficiently. -Continual Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall efficiency of the Emergency Operations Center. Qualifications: -Must be a United States Citizen. -Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license. -Pass a successful background check as a condition of employment. -Bachelor’s degree in Public or Business Administration or a related field is a plus. - Proven experience in emergency management, crisis response, or operations coordination. -Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders. -Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Must be willing and able to adjust or rotate personal work shift to fit either day or night cycle for ample EOC coverage including nights, weekends, holidays, and irregular hours.
