Job Description: Precision Group is currently seeking a highly skilled individual to join our strategic security operations team as a Protective Security Specialist(PSS) Account Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of protective specialists at specific client sites while providing security operations for business and related assets in various environments. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: -Proving quality strong leadership to a large team of Protective Security Specialists(PSS). -Maintaining strong professional relations with clientele. -Coordinating with associated departments to relay information such as emergencies, reports, scheduling, client needs, employee needs and other related items as needed. -Ability to visit specific client sites as directed to conduct training and performance evaluations. -Available for emergency contacts from employees that work around the clock. -Establish key performance indicators for all field personnel and create weekly reports for higher leadership. -Performance of protective security solutions through daily operations. -Conduct threat assessments and risk analysis to identify and implement security measures to mitigate potential risks to client and related assets to include emergency quick reaction force (QRF) protocols. -Maintain a consistent line of communication with clients and detail members via accurate report writing and dispatch protocols. -Accompany and provide guidance to clients through various locations while providing continuous protection at all times. -Possess the ability to operate in a covert and/or overt capacity as required. -Provide secure transportation measures for clients when applicable. -Develop and implement emergency response plans as directed by standard operating procedures. -Conduct surveillance and intelligence operations. -Maintain a peak mental and physical readiness. -Possess a keen attention to detail, professionalism, sharp appearance, punctual mindset, strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to gain and maintain all state/federal licensing and qualifications. Qualifications: -Must be a United States Citizen -Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license -Pass a successful background check as a condition of employment -Pass a drug test as a condition of employment -Willing to attend and pass testing and training courses as a condition of employment -Must have a valid unexpired GDE State of Hawaii license or be willing to obtain before employment -A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mid-management position -A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive protection, law enforcement, or military -Willing to pass a physical fitness test with a 70% success rate as a condition of employment (tested annually) -Currently in possession of or ability to obtain a valid firearm duty-carry license as applicable Precision Group offers a competitive salary, benefits and a challenging and dynamic work environment.
